Genetic Risk Score
The genetic risk score looks at multiple small genetic changes (known as SNPS or Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms) which individually have little impact on the overall risk of cancer but can modify a person’s cancer risk when looked at together. This test helps determine an individual’s lifetime risk of specific cancers and is used to target their cancer surveillance.
